Submitting a form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a booking, purchase or service contract. Work begins only after a written scope, deliverables, timing and any fees have been accepted.
Pricing and payment
This website does not process checkout or payments. Requested quotations are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment methods, deposit, applicable taxes and invoice terms are provided with the relevant written proposal.
Scheduling, changes and cancellation
Proposed dates are subject to confirmation. Ask the team promptly if the scope or timing changes. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for paid work must be agreed in the written proposal; no undisclosed website cancellation fee is imposed.
Scope and professional assessment
Design and planting-planning inquiries. Plant suitability depends on local climate, light, exposure, access and maintenance. Building loads, irrigation, drainage, permissions, installation and purchases require separate professional assessment and agreement.
Your materials
Only share material you are entitled to provide. You remain responsible for factual accuracy, approvals, lawful use and any permissions required. Confidential material should be shared by an agreed method rather than pasted into the contact form.
